My oven is broke!

My oven in my house broke, nearly a week ago. I got a Traeger grill for Christmas from my parents who sell them at their store. I am limited to what I can cook obviously so I decided to post what I all I been cooking on my grill since I have been cooking nearly every meal on my grill outside. This is what I have cooked on my grill so far:

Today for supper (Tuesday), I cooked Pop Can Chicken, Potatoes, and Mixed Veggies. I used Bad Byron's Butt Rub and Traeger Pork & Poultry season on the outside of the chicken. I used diet Dr. Pepper because my husband and I are on a diet for the chicken, I mixed BBQ sauce with the pop and poured it back into the can and put the chicken on the grill. The potatoes I sliced and seasoned with Mrs. Dash, seasoning salt, a little bit of imitation bacon bits and some slices of onion in a square pan. The mixed veggies I put in a pan with the Traeger Veggie shake. My husband said the chicken was the best chicken he has ever ate in his life! :)

Today for lunch (Tuesday), we had stuffed peppers, I browned hamburger meat, rinsed it. Cooked whole grain brown rice with 1/3 c salsa, I mixed the meat and rice together with some Fat Free Cheese and topped with a little bit of cheese. I cooked them on the grill for about 30 minutes on 325. They needed cooked a little longer because the pepper was still a little tough.

Yesterday for supper (Monday), I cooked rib eye steaks and sweet potatoes.
Yesterday for lunch, I cooked shrimp kabobs with potatoes, zucchini, and onions.

Sunday, I cooked chicken breast on the cooker along with potatoes and mixed vegetables. The chicken breast I cooked with the Traeger Pork & Poultry seasoning. The vegetables I cooked with the Traeger veggie shake.

Saturday, I cooked meatloaf, potatoes, and baked beans on the grill. The meat loaf was make with 1 lb hamburger meat, 1/2 small can of tomato sauce, 1 package crackers, 1 egg, a little bit of Mrs. Dash mixed together and topped with ketchup. The potatoes sliced and cooked in a pan with a splash of olive oil and Traeger Veggie Shake.

I have cooked some other meals on the Traeger grill in the last week since my oven went out but I can't seem to remember what else it was that I made.
